Every blade is produced in-house in Chachoengsao — from raw steel to the finished edge. Our machine shop covers machining, precision grinding, cutting, heat treatment and inspection, so we control quality and lead time at every step.

Vacuum Heat Treatment
In-house vacuum furnace (since 2015) for consistent, controlled hardness.
Hardness Testing
Every batch is hardness-tested before it leaves the factory.
02Quality
Quality at every phase
To guarantee our standards, quality checks are carried out at every phase of production — from incoming steel to the finished product. Critical dimensions are verified on our coordinate measuring machine (CMM), and our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 by Bureau Veritas.
